You should have come here from Serafina's, if you have not please head to Erica's Room to begin. There are prizes along the way, so make sure you go to each blog.

The cricut cartridge I chose to use was "Nate's ABC", LOVE IT!! It can be used for anything I believe, love all of the images on this one!

I created this "A Teachers Life" Frame for this Blog Hop ONLY using Nate's ABC Cricut Cartridge. Love the way it turned out, now I just have to find a teacher to give it to!!

Created this as follows:

Frame holds a 10x10 layout

Cut out a piece of Black C/S (ColorBok Paper) 10x10 size

Cut a strip of Star patterned paper (American Crafts "Celebration) 4x10

Cut out 3 Green paper squares (American Crafts "Celebration) 3in.x3in.

Used White C/S (ColorBok Paper) to cut out "A Teachers Life", size 1.71height

Used Black, Grey, Blue, Black, Orange ColorBok Paper to cut out "Draw, Paint, Cut &Paste"

  • "Draw" was cut out at 1.31height, page 68 (Phrase, Shift Phrase, Layer 1)

  • "Paint" was cut out at 1.31height, page 67 (Phrase, Shift Phrase)

  • "Cut&Paste" was cut out at 1.31 height, 70 (Phrase, Shift Phrase, Layer 1, Glue, Shift Glue)

Added 6 buttons to give it alitte something extra (2 red, 2 blue, & 2 yellow- no idea where they came from just have them in a huge jar)

Fairy Cut Software

First off let me say... I LOVE MY CRICUT EXPRESSION!!! I use my E every day creating something for family and friends! I use it to cut out words, shapes, chipboard books, vinyl quotes, etc. YOU NAME IT I HAVE CUT IT OUT!! I own more carts than I want to put in writing : )

With that being said I have been looking for a program where I can use ANY of the fonts I have on my computer that I love to use! Also, I am now a PROUD Gammy to 2 beautiful girls and 1 LOVES Strawberry Shortcake so I am limited by my carts to create layouts for her. I heard of "Fairy Cut" and thought I would get it try, so off I go and download the trial version. Can I say??? I LOVE IT!!! So EASY to use and I am just getting started, I need my husband to go out of town for business so I can PLAY all the time with this!! Sorry but it seems he likes to eat after working all day... MEN!

Check out their website http://fairycut.com and download the Trail Version. Fairy Cut offers online training videos and support, check out their Facebook page www.facebook.com/#!/Fairycut

Be watching my Blog for LOTS of creations made using Fairy Cut.
Thanks, Charlotte
